Subject	Feedback on Dewla, Tomei, & Nismo shift knobs from Z1?

Message	I've been looking at these shift knobs and am curious to know what kind of feedback people have regarding them. I was really interested in the Tomei short version, since I'd like a shorter knob, but not at the cost of shifting ease. I was also reading that they can get real hot on sunny days, but I'm willing to deal with that for a much cleaner look than the stock behemoth. (Was cracking up when one member called it "un upside-down dick lol"). Also, please don't recommend the stock knob; I really don't like its shape and height & am looking for alternatives. Thanks!
